THE BOOKING PROCESS:

Retainer fee
An invoice of $100 will be sent after we receive your Service form to "Save the Date" of your event.
(non-refundable)
This will be applied as a credit towards your final invoice once you have accepted the quote.
The remaining balance will be due no later than 2 weeks prior your event.
Design phase
We will work with you to create and design your balloon decor you had envisioned. We will send you vision boards to help confirm the final details and colours.
Installation!
Event day, we will arrive with as many pre-inflated balloons as possible for an easier and faster instalment. Teardown will be as per contract.
